[Info] How to access “Collecte De Zikzin” opened in Shibuya, Tokyo

The shop “Collecte De Zikzin” just opened in Shibuya, Tokyo on January 11th, 2013. The four-story building opened only the 1st floor, accessory shop “Zikzin”. The items sold at Zikzin shop are JKS’ original brand. They are designed and produced by Jang Keun Suk. It is said the 2nd floor for cafe, 3rd floor for a nail salon and 4th floor for museum. It seems the all floor will open around this Spring. Today’s open wasn’t announced beforehand. Still, there was no official announcement from Frau or Tree-J company. But many eels were visiting before opening the shop. That’s why eels could spot the opening day.

How to access: The shop “Collecte De Zikzin” is located very near “Salt and Tobacco Museum” in Shibuya, Tokyo. It’s easier for you to get there to use this museum as a landmark. About a 12-minute-walk takes you to the shop from JR Shibuya station. I found a map which shows the route to “Salt and Tobacco Museum (1-F)” from Shibuya station. It helps you to reach there. You can print out my hand-made map and close-up one, too ^^

Springsuk_USA’s Note: Actor Jang, Singer Jang, now one more title for Jang Keun Suk, Entrepreneur Jang!

As news reported before Jang Keun Suk had bought property in Shibuya, Tokyo, a multi-stories business building and he told media at a press conference that he would open his own store one day. Today, his first store in Shibuya, the golden area of Tokyo “Collecte De Zikzin” opened, it seems a trial opening or unofficially opening since there was no official announcement at all. But some eels still heard the rumor and they went to the shops, or maybe some by invitation as special guests. Here are from one eels’ weibo posts about the fist day opening. Building has several floors, seems so far only 1st floor is open.

[News] Turkish Eels Showed JKS Ad on IHT to Korean Diplomats

The Turkish eels have done a great job of promoting JKS and his own countries diplomats to show how many fans support him in Turkey and the world. See the detail as follows.

Jan 09 2013, there was Korean culture event in Turkey, a Korean Parliamentary came to Turkey to meet Turkish who are interested in Korean Culture. Korean ambassador, Korean culture envoy and Korean culture undersecretary were there. They were asking questions to Turkish about which star they like and what Korean stuff they would like to see in Turkey.

The following report are from our ECI member Mirine Miri about the detail of the meeting:

I told them that we want to see JKS in Turkey and also want to see his dramas on Turkish TV etc…I also told them that we would like to have a Korean TV Channel like KBS Arab or KBS WORLD. He promised me to ask this with KBS. And The Culture Director took a note. (We hope that they will show like “Love Rain” and other JKS dramas on Turkish TV) And the parliamentary told us that he will bring Korean stars to Turkey. After that we showed IHT with JKS ad to Him. The Korean Undersecretary told the parliament. that it ‘s a famous popular newspaper and Turkisheels gave the initial idea for it. He was surprised and said: “wow, let’s take a photo of it.” ) So we took this photo..And Korean reporters took our photos too..

There were many stars from overseas performed at some Chinese major TV channels’ New Year Countdown Show. Here are the voting result of the best 3 overseas performers for New Year Countdown Show. Jang Keun Suk has been voted as No. 1 best performance by getting 9623 votes and vote rate 36.8%. Jang Keun Suk was riding on a sports car to arrive on the stage, like other Korean performers, KHJ (3rd) and TVXQ (2nd), this was the first time JKS performed on Chinese New Year’s Countdown Show, he was very energetic, he was being very lovely to interact with fans on stage and having some fun time with MCs. He even played ventriloquist during performance and make the whole site became to a big party.
