Jang Keun Suk to Hold Dinner Shows in Korea and Japan

Jang Keun Suk is looking to entertain fans over dinner through his own dinner show series in both Korea and Japan.

The hallyu star promised fans last year that he would host dinner shows to commemorate the 20th anniversary of his debut this year and has kept his word.

Jang Keun Suk’s first dinner show will be held at Seoul’s Lotte Hotel in Jamsil on December 9 followed by a show in Busan’s Grand Hotel on December 15. A mother later, from January 20 through the 21, Jang Keun Suk will move on to Osaka and then Tokyo from January 23 to 24.

Some 500 fans from Seoul and 400 fans from Busan are expected for the two shows in Korea, and his agency added all tickets were sold on the first day of sales.

Actor Jang Keun Suk is drawing a lot of attention with a song that his fans played on the radio to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his debut.

On December 3, Jang’s agency, Tree J Company, said that the fans started airing the song through the radio on December 1 to celebrated the 20th anniversary of his debut. The song will a
ir on KBS Radio, MBC Radio mini, FM4u, and Standard FM (AM).

The song will be the first song to be played on the radio to celebrate an entertainer. The song will be played on KBS four times a day and 124 times a month. MBC Radio mini, FM4u, and Standard FM (AM) will air the song eight times a day and 248 times a month. The song will air 620 times in total.

Jang’s fans previously posted an advertisement of Jang on the ‘Jang Keun Suk’ train in September to celebrate the 20th anniversary and they also donated 9,260,000 won to celebrate his birthday on September 26.

His Chinese fans also put an advertisement of him on several popular Korean subway stations in October. His fans are also helping people undergo surgery for their eyes.

His agency says, “The events held by Jang’s fans prove that fan culture is very mature. Various wonderful events are making his anniversary more special.”

Jang started holding concerts in July and tour Asia, including, Yokohama, Shanghai, Taipei, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. He held the finale on November 29 in Saitama, Japan. Through the ’2012 Jang Keun Suk Asia Tour,’ Jang met over 163,000 people.

Actor Jang Keun Suk recently donated six million won

Actor Jang Keun Suk recently donated six million won to the Korea Foundation for the Prevention of Blindness(KFPB).

According to the foundation, on December 3, Jang’s fan club ‘Jang Keun Suk Gallery’ donated six million won to celebrate the 20th anniversary or Jang’s debut.

Members of the fan club have collected coins in a piggy bank for a year and held bazaars to collect donations.

The donations will be used for four people, who have eye diseases, supporting expenses of operation so that they can have recovery of vision.
