Actor Jang Keun Suk has transformed into a master photographer! On the upcoming April 9 episode of KBS’ Love Rain, a new love story will be revealed between Girls’ Generation’s Yoona and Jang, the photographer, now set in 2012. Just like the switch from the analogue to digital age in the drama, the two actors will display a 180 degree transformation for Love Rain,as the characters take on a new role within the drama. Jang, who portrayed the passive Seo In Ha in the past, will now take on the role of Seo Joon, the confidant man who can win over any girl in three seconds. It marks a complete turn-around from the soft-spoken and warm Seo In Ha character Jang portrayed in the 1970s setting and 2012’s Seo Joon, who pays no heed to the attention of others. Seo Joon is described as a temperamental but merit-filled individual. For his role as Seo Joon, Jang studied and followed the actions and movement of other photographers, showing Jang’s seriousness in his acting. A member of Love Rain’s production said, “Even the production staff was surprised by Jang’s transformation. We feel the professional Jang Keun Suk, who is similar to the Seo Joon character, will be able to fully display his character’s merits. It will be good to anticipate the new character.”

Beginning with his Seoul concert in July, Jang Geun Suk will start off his "2012 Jang Geun Suk Asis Tour." Last April he had his "2011 Jang Geun Suk Asia Tour" in April which went through Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Shanghai. 2012's tour will go through Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taiwan, Thailand, and China.


Jang Geun Suk's concerts will be like a musical. He will communicate with fans through singing and other events.


Currently Jang Geun Suk is appearing on KBS "Love Ran." On the show he plays two roles a college student "Seo In Ha" in the 1970's, and "Seo Joon" a cold-hearted photographer in the year 2012. Also, on May 30 he will release his first official Japanese album titled "Just Crazy."

The actors who star on KBS 2TV's Love Rain (script written by Oh Soo Yeon, and directed by Yoon Seok HO), will reveal contrary charms form thier 1970s and year 2012.


On March 30, the production company Yoon's Color, revealed pictures of Jang Keun Suk and Yoona's pictures which display contrary fashion trends.


Jang will play the role of Seo In Ha, a young student from an art college in 1970s, and play the role of a rude photographer, Seo Joon in year 2012. Seo In Ha enjoys wearing knitwears and shirts whereas Seo Joon wears fancy clother and revealed himself as a homme fatale.


Yoona plays the role of a campus queen Kim Yoon Hee, who shows off her innocent beauty with her long hair and wearing pastel colored clothes. However, Jung Hana whom she will act as for year 2012, will show off her unique charms with her vivid and colorful clothes.


A representative of Yoon's Color states, "Love Rain shows two eras: 1970s and 2012, thus the viewers will feel as if they're watching two TV series. Please look forward to the characters n year 2012, which will be different from those from the 1970s."

According to PONYCANYON, Jang Keun Suk’s 1st full Album “Just Crazy” will be released on May 30th. It’s a inimitable, crazy, sexy and rock album. You can feel his “crazy world” which hasn’t been shown to anyone before throughout the album.
The only one artist who is rushing through the era, Jang Keun Suk will open a new chapter of his history… This album includes special songs as follows.
– “Stay” : He wrote the original lyrics of it.
– “In my dreams”: The only Korean song of which He first wrote the lyrics and music.

This is the updates from KFEST COSPLAY CONVENTION 2 was held at Hall 2 and 3 in Elements at Centris, Edsa corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City from 10AM – 8PM April 1,2011

To all SUKKIE Fanatics.

First of all i would like to say Thanks to JKS eels support,they manage to create such a lovely booth for sukkie as part of their participation in kpopfest 2012.
And aside from that those Eels who manage Jks booth have met the marketing specialist of CAFE BENNE at the KFEST COSTPLAY CONVENTION.

They were asking of some related information about the supporters of Our Prince Jang Keun Suk.
As they were planning to open few branches in Philippines, of course they need to know how influencial Our Prince is.

I really hope we were able to convince them of how strong Jang Keun Suk and Eels are in Philippines.
For the continuation of our news about the CAFFE BENE, this is the reason why need to show our unity my fellow Filipina Eels. they said they might be able to bring Jang Geun Suk in the Philippines as part of the promotion of the product.
Well, the result of the event in Kpopfest is already proven. A lot of fans have participated in JKS booth. even those that are actually fans of other artists.
