[Interview] Kang Tae Kyung Didn’t Feel Anything in Kiss Scene with Jang Keun Suk

Kang Tae Kyung said that she “didn′t feel anything” when she recently almost kissed Jang Keun Suk forLove Rain.

In a recent interview with enews, Kang Tae Kyung opened up on how she felt about the kiss scene and bed scene she filmed with the hallyu star Jang Keun Suk for the KBS2 drama Love Rain.

 She said, “Honestly, there was no time for me to feel any emotion. Love Rain is my debut acting piece. Because I’m not used to shooting yet, I had no space to feel any personal emotion while I was concentrated on the cameras and my acting.”

She added, “I felt a bit jealous seeing how many local Japanese fans gathered near our lodgings late in the night to cheer for [Jang Keun Suk]. I was surprised to see many scenes that I’ve never experienced yet unfold in front of me, and I also started realizing that I’m the counterpart of a hallyu star so I should work harder.”

Kang Tae Kyung appeared as a top model in the drama, and tried to seduce Seo Joon (Jang Keun Suk) with her ingenuous character. The two attempted a kiss scene in a car and a bed scene in a hotel room, but never saw both through to the end.

Kang Tae Kyung first became known by appearing in TV commercials, including those for cell phones, drinks, credit cards and ramyeon.

YoonA talks about her "Love Rain" kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk on 'Entertainment Relay'

Girls' Generation members such as Jessica and Yuri have had on-screen kiss scenes back to back, but now fans are looking forward to a deep kiss between YoonA and Jang Geun Suk on KBS 2TV's 'Love Rain'.

On a recent recording of KBS 2TV's 'Entertainment Relau', YoonA remarked that her kiss scene was the weakest amongst the Girls' Generation members, and forewarned a deeper kiss scene to come.

YoonA also evoked laughter on set with her witty sense of humor during her interview saying, 'Jang Geun Suk is blessed with great female co-stars!"

When asked if she was concerned with viewer ratings, YoonA answered, "I'd be lying ig I said I weren't."

"I have faith in the actors, actress, and the staff members who worked on this project, and it will do well from now on, " she continued.

YoonA also talked about the change in her ideal type, her plans for marriage in the future, and her relationship with the Girls' Generation members.

YoonA's "Guerrilla Date" airs on April 7th at 9:15PM KST on "Entertainment Relay".
